She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Hackett and Dorothy Hackett; her husband Dominick Costello; and her son Dominick III. She is survived by: her children, Kevin R. Costello (Kim), Audrey B. Simpkins (Ralph), Angelo B. Costello, Kathleen L. Rios (Sam), Dr. Pamela J. Costello, MD (Bill) and Mary F. Overstreet (Steve); and her siblings, Marie Kline, George Hackett and Norman Hackett (Betty). She is also survived by 10 grand children, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
