He is survived by: his close friend Melissa; his wife Melissa (Willis); his children, Elizabeth "Lizzie" and Kenneth W.; his siblings, Steven Heiselman of Millville and Brandylee Myers (Daniel) of Millville; his parents, Kenneth "Butch" and Darlene (France); his parents-in-law, Brenda Spinelli-Iqbal of Millville and William E. Willis of Oregon; his brother-in-law William Willis of Millville; his grandfather-in-law Elizabeth Andrews of Millville; and his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Daniel, Asher Myers, Landon Wiggins and Priya Jones. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested in loving memory of Bill that contributions be made to his children.
