He is survived by: his wife Sonia; his children, Christopher Johnson-Lacy, Kyle, Connor and Madison Lacy; his parents, Furman Lacy and Roxanne Lacy; his siblings, Billie Jo and April Lacy; his aunt Amanda Fisher; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Slattery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
