Phillips of Alabama, Grace Phillips, Lucell Phillips and Hilda Fay Phillips of Mt. Sterling, NC; and his nephews, Lester Phillips, Jr. of Millville, Christopher Lee Matias of Millville and Philip B. Humphreys of Millville.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Phillips Miller (late SS), Clifton H. Miller of Vineland, NJ, Lytha Phillips McAlvey (late Edgar) of Vineland, Mary A. Phillips Humphreys (late James Milton Humphreys, Jr.) of Millville, Sue Phillips Mitchell (Paul Mitchell) of Millville, Wanda Phillips Dewsnap (Duke Dewsnap) of Millville, Ota Gay Phillips Grindstaff (late Earl Grindstaff) of Cosby, TN, Jerry L. Phillips (Patrick Phillips) of Vineland and Dale Phillips of Millville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
