He is survived by: his daughter Yvette Dancel-Gonzalez (Santiago); his grandchildren, Danine and Giovanni Gonzalez; his great grandchild Elaina; and his siblings, Florencia Baker (Gerald), Josie Oteyza (Javier), Gloria Lazaro (Alberto), Regidor Dancel (Lorinda), Sosima Villamil (Emmanuel), Ronnie Dancel (Edita), Mauro Dancel and Marjorie Guevarra (Juan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
