He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Welden and Thomas A. Welden, Sr.; and his siblings, Lynda Welden and Ted Welden. He is survived by: his brother Michael Welden; his son Tom Welden III (Christine); and his significant other Cindi Abele. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
