He is survived by : his parents, Frank Pangburn and Dorothy Pangburn (Selover) of Millville; his children, Sara Jayne Easley (Ryan) of Covington, GA, Emily Rose and Ethan Todd Pangburn; the mother of his children Susan Bradford (Jeff) of McDonough, GA.; his sisters, Cindy Williams (Robert) and Lori Garcia (Raul) of Millville; his fiancée Rebecca Taylor; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Alaya and Caleb Easley of Covington, GA.

Todd wanted his legacy to continue in the music world by donating musical equipment to local school music programs.
