He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Samper and Gea Samper Sr. (Cruz). He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Samper (Pitre); his children, Jesse Samper (Vanessa Guzman) and Jamielyn Samper; his brothers, Carlos, Adolfo and Abraham Samper; and his siblings-in-law, Frances, Carol and Cetra Samper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
