He is survived by: his mother Susan Ann Murphy Nicolas; his father-in-law Emil; his father Daniel John McNamara, Sr.; his siblings, Marianna Spano (Dominick), Thomas A. McNamara (Allison) and John E. Nicolas; and his nephew Lorenzo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
