She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Zamelsky and Harvey Zamelsky; her husband Alan Bergman; and her brother Bruce Zamelsky. She is survived by: her children, Howard Bergman (Sarina) of Scottsdale, AZ and Syndi Bleiweis (Eric) of Furlong, PA; her brother Barry Zamelsky (Suzi) of Totowa; and her grandchildren, Alex, Kyle and Ryan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
