He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa (Caldararo); and his parents, Carmine and Frances (Casano). He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Sicignano-Howard (James Brennan) of Old Bridge, Joseph L. Sicignano (Lourdes) of White Plains, NY, Theresa A. Sicignano (Robert Mistretta) of Old Bridge and Carl M. Sicignano (Rose) of Old Bridge; his grandchildren, Joseph Howard, Janice Howard-Battaglia, Cristen Pennello, Justin Bottega, Dominic Mistretta and Daniel Sicignano; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Battaglia, Jackson Battaglia, Gabriella Battaglia, Jayden Battaglia, Joseph Howard V, Sofia Pennello and Anthony Pennello, Jr..
