She was predeceased by: her husband Carmine Perullo; and her sister Joan Syre. She is survived by: her children, Gary Perullo (Jodi) of Scotch Plains and Dina Cusano (Ralph) of Monroe Twp; her sister Johanna Blom (Bob) of Holden, MA.; and her grandchildren, Kayla Ramos (Joel), Emma Cusano and Nicholas Cusano.

In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial donations can be made to the scholarship fund in Carol's name, to the Monroe Township Education Association https://www.mymtea.org.
