She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Nichols and Mary Nichols (Weeks); her husband Harold H. Van Arsdale; her sister-in-law Evelyn Robinson; her nephew Robert Freese; and her son-in-law Bradley Gobac.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Marshall (Kent), Neil Van Arsdale and Keri Novick (Craig); her grandchildren, Jodie, Kelly Marshall, Dr. Diane Bunn (Brian), Michele Joffred (Douglass), Kristen Young (Robert) and Kimberly Carroll (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Young, Nicholas, Olivia Marshall, Emma, Mason Bunn, Ryan, Tyler Carroll, Griffin and Harper Joffred; and her niece Edith Freese.
