She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eduardo Velazquez and Lydia Figueroa; her husband Felipe Diaz; her children, Jacquelyn Gorbea and Benjamin Ruiz; her stepchildren, Lauren Caygill and Vincent Diaz; her children-in-law, David Gorbea, Keri Smith Ruiz and Cole Caygill; and her grandchildren, Lyla Gorbea, Mya Gorbea, Ava Gorbea, Sienna Caygill, Keira Caygill and Riley Ruiz.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Crossroads Assembly of God (19 Main St, Englishtown, NJ 07726).
