He is survived by: his sons, John Mayer (Diane) of Jupiter, FL. and Rick Mayer; his brother Dr. Daniel Mayer (Janet) of Medina, OH.; his grandsons, Ethan Mayer, Dominic Caracozza and Anthony Caracozza; his niece Rachel Hunter (Ryan) of Medina, OH; and his nephew Dr. Jason Mayer (Kelly) of Ft. Collins Co.
