He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Haims and Evelyn Haims; and his brother Lawrence Haims. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Lynn; his son-in-law Michael Shakin; and his sons, Allan (Los Angeles) and Joshua (New Orleans). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Butler Institute of American Art.
