She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Kozak and Beatrice Kozak; her daughter Beverly Singer; and her siblings, Henry, Jean, Jennie, Peggy, Fannie and Lori.

She is survived by: her son David Singer of Fairfax, VA; her grandson Christopher; her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Alexander; her brother Alexander "Sonny" Kozak of Old Bridge; and her nieces, Janice Flynn, Bernice Satorski and Barbara Keegan. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and a wide circle of dear friends.
