He is survived by: his wife Patricia Olszewski Brzozowski; his children, Susan Kosa of Helmetta and Ken; his daughter-in-law Dawn Brzozowski of Monroe Township; his grandchildren, Alex Kosa (Kara) of Dayton, Ohio, Megan Kosa (Carson Scott) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jack Brzozowski of Massachusetts and Luke Brzozowski of Monroe Township; and his niece Michelle Olszewski Lisle of Tennessee.
