He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Yoanides Prysak; and his brother David. He is survived by: his daughter Meredith Helene Prysak-Graf (Charles Graf, Jr) of Monroe Township; his brother Richard Prysak (Joyce Beard) of Middleboro, Mass; and his grandchildren, Joey and Nicky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
