Julia Helen Baio Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Helen Baio of Monroe Township, New Jersey, born in Carteret, New Jersey, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Born in Carteret, Mrs. Baio lived there and then Perth Amboy for 36 years before moving to Monroe Twp. in 2007.
She enjoyed playing BINGO but especially loved her granddaughters.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 2001, her two sisters Margaret Baio and Elizabeth Crowning, and her two brothers James Samu and Steve Chontos.
Surviving are her son James and his wife Kathleen of Monroe Twp. and her two granddaughters Jessica and Sara Baio.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday December 29th at the Lester Memorial Home 16 W. Church St., Jamesburg.
Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Hopelawn.
Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home.
