She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Flores and Maria Sanchez; her husband Marino Rivera-Martinez; her children, Pearl Rodriguez and Marino Rivera, Jr.; and her grandson Andrew Lopez.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Cartagena of Edison, Sandra Lasanta of Tamarac, Maria Mercedes Ortega of Monroe Township and Tamara Talty of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
