She was predeceased by: her husband Edward C. Phillips, Jr.; her mother Betty Hyduke (Snyder); her birth father Michael Hyduke; and her father Edward Hyduke. She is survived by: her daughter Jaclyn M. Phillips (Sunny) of Corbett, OR; her pet Rex; her sister Nancy Chemidlin of Franklin Park; her sister-in-law Diane Phillips (Don); her nieces, Laura Sprauer (Steve), Jennifer Archer (Duane), Beth Ronnenburg (Tom) and Lindsay Hartelius (Cassidy); and her nephew Ryan Phillips.
