Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sugalski and Eleanor Sugalski; and his siblings, Edward Sugalski, Carol Cosley and Deborah Tonetti.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Sugalski; his siblings, Patricia Gilbert and Robert; and his brother-in-law Joseph Muzikowski.
