He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer and Nancy; his mother-in-law Charlotte; and his wife Maureen Gilligan. He is survived by: his children, Hugh (Crystal Socha) and Cathleen; and his siblings, Ruthanne Ferguson and David.
