He was predeceased by : his father David Birmingham Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Patricia Birmingham; his sons, Matthew Birmingham, Steven Birmingham and Lukas Birmingham; his stepson James Allen; his sisters, Joanne McAuliffe (Troy) and Michelle Marynowicz (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Caige, Michael (Taylor), Julia, Olivia and Ava.
