He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frank and Ursula Frank. He is survived by: his wife Thelma I. Frank; his children, Lisa Fijalkowski, Linda Moore (Kenneth), Daniel Farley (Gina), Theresa Phillips (Bruce) and Angel Lechetti (Thomas); his grandchildren, Mark, William, Kristy, Kenny, Shelby, Danielle, Alexa, Stephanie, Thomas, Robin, Christine and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Mac, Cade, Nicholas, Colton and Greyson; and his siblings, Rosemary Ralston (Tom) and Thomas Frank (Jean).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Henry's memory to NJ Health and Hospice, 415 W. Landis Avenue, Suite 100, Vineland, NJ 08360.
