He was predeceased by: his father Walter Bergholz, Sr.; and his brother Bruce Bergholz. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Jr., Daniel (Jessica), Gunar (Allie), Carey (Michael) and Mother Charlotte Bergholz; his siblings, Walter (Theresa), Marlene (Tim) and Lisa (Alan); and his grandchildren, Lisa, Emily, Enzo, Luciana, Sawyer, Gunnar and Eli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
