It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Kist of Montague, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Rayside and Elizabeth Leonard Rayside; and her brother Dennis Rayside. She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Kist, IV; and her siblings, Diane Stokes of Orlando, Darlene Popailo (Nick) of Point Pleasant, Theodore Rayside of Toms River, Robert Rayside of Cliffwood, Donna of Bayonne and Debra Rayside of Bayonne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Denise to Naples Cat Alliance Naples Cat Alliance.
