He is survived by: his parents, JoAnn Smith (Kessler) and Edward Smith; his brother Darin Smith; his aunts and uncles, Helen, Dan Giancola, Darlene Hoffman, Lisa and Bob Elliott; and his cousins, Eric Demerist, Richard and Haley Hoffman. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
