He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his daughter Charlotte; his parents, Mary Brophy and Jack Perkowski; his stepmother Carleen Giacalone Perkowski; his sisters, Sara Cusimano and Libby Perkowski; and his family Doug. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
