It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Booth (Montclair, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Douglas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Douglas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Douglas leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger John and Mary Grace Booth (Loughery); and his siblings, Roger John and Eileen Ann. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jim; his nieces, Maura Grace Harrington Logue and Eilish Rosanna Harrington; and his great-nephews, Seamus Jude and Ruairi Brian Logue.
