He is survived by: his wife Patricia Henry Leonard; his sons, Brian Henry Leonard and Gavin Henry Leonard; his siblings, Kathleen Linehan (Edward), Tricia Kelly (Thomas) and Gerard Leonard; his sister-in-law Kathryn Leonard; and his nieces and nephews, Maureen Franceze, Karen (Jennifer Linehan), Kate Capilupi (Thomas Leonard), Margaret, Elizabeth, Caroline (Jack Kelly), James and Corey (Delaney Leonard).

In lieu of flowers, Tom's family will be designating a charity to honor his legacy.
