He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Horn (Madson) and William Theodore Horn (Ted); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Horn (Knuth); his children, Kathryn Mickelson of Spokane and Gregory Horn of Montclair; his daughter-in-law Sarah Touborg-Horn; and his grandchildren, Richard William Clark, Tracey Dayle Clark, William Bowers Horn and Margaret Madsen Horn. He is also survived by three nieces and five nephews.
