He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Couch and Concetta Couch. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Couch (Totaro); his daughters, Noel Couch and Mikayla Couch (Jack Donovan); his sister Claudia Couch (Jerry Shaw); and his nephews, Matthew, Steven Shaw and Lou D'Agosto. He is also survived by friends, neighbors.
