He is survived by: his wife Teresa V. L. Chang; his children, Jefferson S. H. Chang of Montville and Brenda Wai Ming Chang of Weehawken; his grandsons, Matthew and Peter; his sister Cecelia O'Meara (Patrick Chang) of Raritan; his daughter-in-law Dottie; and his grandchildren-in-law, Carina, Grace and Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the New Apostolic Christian Church (819 Edwards Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery.
