She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander and Lena; her husband Joe; and her siblings, Gloria (Bernard McNulty), Rose (Michael Volpe), Frank (Anne Romano), Marie (Vito Mazza), Blaise (Marie Romano) and Gennaro Romano.
She is survived by: her aunt Gerry; her children, Joseph A. of Clifton, Michele and Robert Sanger; her sister-in-law Annabelle Romano of North Carolina; Emery and Rowan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, god-children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation (3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Church (10 Franklin Pl, North Arlington, NJ 07031). An entombment was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Cross Chapel (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
