She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Heald and Clifford Heald. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Meyer (Adrian Foulkes), Betsy Bristow (Al) and Peter Meyer (Elisabeth Oplinger); and her grandchildren, Madeleine Bristow, Nathan Bristow, Katherine Bristow, Simone Meyer, Mia Meyer, Lily Meyer, Will Meyer and Olivia Ostrowski.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her honor to the Arbor Day Foundation and Natural Lands Trust.
