He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Patrcia Hoffman. He is survived by: his siblings, William J Hoffman (Patricia) of Haddonfield, NJ, Patricia Tyas (Edwin) of Port Orange, FL. and Nancy Donohue (Matthew) of Durham, NC.; and his close friend Terri Antenucci. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
