He was predeceased by: his grandson Brian Dye; his brother-in-law Richard Hartshorne; his parents, Hazel Marks (White) and Myron Marks; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Doris Hartshorne.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marks; his children, Linda Dye and Thomas Marks; his grandchildren, Bob Dye and Laura Dye; his great grandchildren, Marissa (Peter), Haleigh, McKenna, Maddox and Kinsley; his siblings-in-law, Jim, Marian Hartshorne and Anna Hartshorne; and his cousins, Ricky and Sharon Pohlke.
