He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara McArdle; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Harrigan. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Harrigan; his children, Kathleen Czekanski (Richard), Elizabeth Hoover (Peter) and Thomas M. Harrigan (Caroline Flagler); and his grandchildren, Jill English (Justin), Brian Czekanski (Amy), Colleen Phillips (Brian), Kevin Czekanski (Kelly), Kelly Murphy (Ryan), Katie Koons (Matthew), Christopher Hoover (Jennifer), Jaci Ryan (Chris), Michael Harrigan (Allison) and Allison Harrigan (Tripp Clemens). He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
