He is survived by: his wife Jhin Jha Cynn; his son David; his daughter-in-law Alice Kim; his grandsons, Sebastian, Brenton and Quentin; his daughter Christine Cynn (Valentin Manz); and his siblings, Young-Sik Shin, Bu-Sik Shin and Kwang Sik Shin.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreens (309 Bridgeboro Rd, Moorestown, NJ 08057).
