He is survived by : his children, Arthur, Jr. (Debbie) and Adrienne Blackenship; his sister Connie Finks; his grandchildren, Melissa Conklin (Kevin), Heather Tractenberg (Stephen) and Arthrur III (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Carley, Henry Conklin, Lily Tractenberg, Arthur IV and Jack Ayres.
