She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Hennion and Dorothy Hennion (Leslie) of Morristown, N. J; and her brothers, Merrill and Peter. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, John Michael (Ivette) and Jennifer Leslie; her stepson Stephen (Joanne); her grandchildren, Johnny, Luke, Tyler, Blake, Christian, Matthew and Jordyn; and her sisters, Laurie, Barbara and Stephanie.

She was an avid reader, attended St. Virgil's Church where she would sing in the choir for many years and donate her time whenever needed, enjoyed identifying birds that would frequent her home on Watnong Drive, and spent her free time with visits to her grandchildren's and nephew's sporting events.
