She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Hines and James Hines; her husband Charles J. Smith; and her sisters, Dolores Sweeney (Andrew), Margie Barbour (Arthur) and Mary Clarie Reardon.
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Kathy), James, Steven (Linda) and Irene; her grandchildren, Christopher (Diana), Conor (Jen), Dan (Karina), Rachel (Chris), Steven, Lexie and Kaitlyn; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Isaac and Scarlett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
