She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Withka; her parents, Michael Shallock and Dorothy Kulenich Shallock; and her sisters, Betty Ezman, Joan Huchenski and Anna Peskosky.
She is survived by: her children, John W. Withka of Wharton, NJ and Lisa Ann Withka of Landing, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery (412 PA-106, Greenfield Township, PA 18407).
