He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Edwards); his son Herb Jr.; his daughter-in-law Cecelia; his grandchildren, Alison, Ryan, Tom, Jenna, David Jr. and Johnathan; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Thomas, Ben, James, Jack, Avianna, Madaline, Evelyn, Sophia, Johnathan and Charlie.
