He was predeceased by: his parents, Po Cho Uy and Puelan Pua. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Vena Uy; his children, Alexander Uy, Phillip Uy (Saundra) and Drs; his siblings, Rodolfo Uy (Erlinda) and Victoria Uy; and his niece Jennifer Lee (Michael). He is also survived by children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Dr. Uy would have appreciated donations CAMC Children's Advocacy Center or any similar child welfare organization.
