He is survived by: his children, Gwayne Parks and Joyce Oglesby (James); his grandchildren, Gwayne Javar Parks and JaKarra Alexis Oglesby; his brothers, John H. Parks and Ervin Parks (Chlorine); and his sister-in-law Shirley Roberts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
