He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Flanagan and Mary Flanagan; and his father-in-law Patrick Hall. He is survived by: his wife Annie Hall; his daughters, Kathryn and Kelly; his siblings, Steven Flanagan, Stacey Lynch (Richard), Mark Flanagan (Lisa) and Denise Miller (Dominick); his mother-in-law Mary Hall; and his sister-in-law Sheila Hall. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
