She was predeceased by: her son Richard Hebert; her parents, Dominick Colavita and Rose Colavita; her brother Theodore Colavita; the father of her children Richard T. Hebert; and her cousins, Nicholas and Patti Funicelli.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanine Hebert and Danielle Durkin; her son-in-law Chris Durkin; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Christopher and Ava Rose; her sister-in-law Kathy Saccardi; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Funsch (late David), Lori Trovato (Rich), Lynn Struss (Jon), Leslie Cherry (Craig) and David Colavita (Renee); and her godchildren, Elena DePhillips, Charles Gioino, Ann Piacesi and Lynn Struss. She is also survived by children, and their grandchildren, they formed an extended family.
